Areas of black ice are likely to form overnight as temperatures dip into the 20's and stay below freezing for 10 hours or more.
Black ice will form first on wet bridges and overpasses as well as areas that have remained in the shade during the day.
Drivers should exercise EXTREME CAUTION while driving overnight and during the morning commute!
Instructions:
Use extreme caution if you must travel tonight and in the morning.
