Board of Water Suply (BWS) crews continue to repair the 12-inch water main on Leokane St. that broke about 10 a.m. today.
Leokane St., between Leoleo St. and Leoole St., remains closed to traffic to allow crews to repair the water line and restore water service to the seven customers -- all industrial businesses -- affected by the main break. A water wagon is positioned at 94-084 Leokane St. to provide an alternate water source for these businesses until they close.
An update will be issued when the BWS re-opens the road, which is expected to occur late tonight.
