Due to the anticipated weather overnight and into tomorrow, the West Long Branch Department of Public Works has announced that there will be no regular collection of garbage in zones normally receiving that service on Thursdays.

Please also remember to remove all vehicles from roadways while they are snow covered as per the ordinance. Doing so will greatly assist the crews as they clear the streets during and after the storm.

The Fire Department is also grateful for any assistance from residents in clearing fire hydrants near their homes or businesses.
