Advisory

Substantially snowfall is expected this evening through tomorrow morning. Please monitor forecasts.

Substantial snowfall is expected this evening, Wednesday, February 12, 2014 and continuing through the morning on Thursday the 13th. While the amounts of snow that we will receive are still being evaluated, the accumulation will be several inches. This snowfall will be heavy and wet as opposed to the lighter snow we received in the recent past. This weather event will be followed by continued cold temperatures and moderate winds. Travel could be significantly impacted in our area. Please continue to monitor the latest forecasts.

During Snow Emergencies, Township Ordinance 182-48 requires residents to use their driveway if they have one. In the absence of a driveway or you have more vehicles than your driveway can hold, please park on the EVEN numbered side of the street. This will allow for plows and emergency vehicles to get through our streets.

The Burlington County Health Department has extended the CODE BLUE condition through Friday, February 14, 2014 at 10 am. If you are aware that someone is in need of shelter during these severe conditions, please contact the police department.
