David Shelton, DOB: 12-07-97, 6' tall, 145lbs, dark brown hair. Has ADHD and takes regular medication. Was last seen wearing gray colored pj's with white polar bears on them.
Roscoe Hunter, DOB: 03-12-01, 5' 2" tall, 100lbs, bright red hair, Suffers from Bi-Polar and ADHD and takes several medications. Unknown on clothing.
Both were last seen at approx. 10:30pm on 02-10-14 when they went to bed. When foster parents woke up at 6:30am on 02-11-14, kids were not in residence. Hunter is not known to wear a jacket, but wears several hoodie's. Hunter was also a foster child who lived in a foster home in Jackson County for a long period before being moved to Vinton County. Hunter is originally from Ross County. Hunter has no immediate family that foster parents are aware of. Shelton may be wearing a gray Tote and has a Grandmother in Waverly. Unknown what time the children left or which direction was taken. A photograph of Shelton is attached.
