Avoid Grove Street between Brookside Ave & Lundy Lane. Con Ed personnel are repairing a gas leak. As a result of the gas emergency Grove Street access is currently limited to the residents of Grove Street.


There is no danger to the public.

A ruptured gas main on Grove Street required Con Edison to turn off gas service to residences there.

Con Edison is requiring access to all residences on Grove Street between Hillview Circle and E. Hyatt Avenue before gas service is restored.

If you live in this area Con Ed is requiring access later this afternoon to check all appliances serviced by natural gas.
As a result of the gas emergency Grove Street access is currently limited to the residents of Grove Street.
