Monday morning investigation ends with the arrest of Owensville man on battery charges. 
On February 10, 2014 at 10:45 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a possible disturbance at 3388 South 425 West. Sergeant Tim Coomer with the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office and Rodger Leister of the Owensville Police Department were dispatched to the residence to investigate the incident. At the conclusion of the investigation Kenneth Leroy Windsor age 47 of rural Owensville was taken into police custody.
Mr. Windsor is charged with Battery and Possession of Paraphernalia. Mr. Windsor remains in custody on a $1300 bond.
