NARRATIVE: On the above date and time a Sliver Chevy Pick-up Truck was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Ygnacio Valley Road between Civic Drive and Walnut Blvd. The pick-up truck eventually struck a tree in the center median located within the 800 block of Ygnacio Valley Road. The driver of the Chevy truck was transported to John Muir Hospital where she eventually died as a result of her injuries. Drugs and/or alcohol may have been a factor in this collision as the investigation is on-going.
