At Risk Missing Adult - Located 
Update: On February 5, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., Mr. Duval was located in Los Angeles County by members of his family. He was in good health and has been reunited with his caretaker in Jurupa Valley.
On Sunday, February 2, 2014, at 11:00 p.m., officers assigned to the city of Jurupa Valley Police Department responded to the 10100 block of Berkshire Dr., Jurupa Valley, regarding the report of a missing adult. Officers learned that on Saturday, February 1, 2014, at 3:00 p.m., Carlos Baldonado Duval, a 50-year-old Hispanic male, left his residence on foot to walk to a local retail business. Officers conducted a search of the surrounding area and local retail businesses Mr. Duval frequents, but he was not located.
Mr. Duval has a diminished mental capacity and is considered at risk. He’s described as 5 feet-eight inches tall, with short brown hair, brown eyes, and a grey mustache. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black sweatpants and white tennis shoes.
