Murder suspect Melvin Lewis Brown was taken into custody overnight 
In connection to the investigation of the fatal shooting of Javious Tucker on February 2 on Lombardy Circle in Athens, Georgia, murder suspect Melvin Lewis Brown was taken into custody overnight.
We extend special thanks to the citizens that called in tips that led to Brown's capture. We are also very appreciative of the other law enforcement agencies that aided in this investigation and the apprehension of Brown.
