Suspect(s): Ryan Watt, 23 years old, Petaluma resident.
Summary:
On the listed date and time the Petaluma Police responded to a call of a stalking. The roommate of the victim had returned home when she heard a noise outside the residence window. When the roommate pulled back the curtain she saw Ryan Watt attempting to open the window to gain entry. The roommate yelled at Watt who fled the area. Petaluma Police had taken a theft report from the victim and had arrested Watt for prowling in January 2014 at that location. Watt was later arrested and an Emergency Protective Order was obtained for the victim by PPD. Due to Watt’s continual behavior a judge was called who increased Watt’s bail to $150,000, Watt was transported to Sonoma county Jail.
