Hauoli St., between Lime and Fern Streets, was re-opened to regular traffic flow about 2:30 AM this morning, when Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews completed repairs to an 8-inch main that broke at about noon yesterday.
BWS crews worked throughout the evening to restore water service to all affected customers, including the one whose connection to the main was damaged when it broke.
The BWS would like to thank area residents and motorists for their patience and cooperation as its crews worked to conduct emergency repairs and restore water service and the roadway as quickly as possible.
