Detective charges Robert Moore III, of Nebo, with breaking into outbuilding and stealing $900 worth of property 
Detective J.T. Grindstaff of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Robert Edward Moore III, 32, of South Mountain Institute Road in Nebo, with one felony count each of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
On Sept. 5, 2013, Jacqueline Adams, of Clear Creek Road, reported that someone broke into an outbuilding on her property and stole $900 worth of items belonging to her son, Nolan. Reported missing from the building were a leaf blower, hedge trimmers, a weed trimmer and a power washer.
Grindstaff said Moore pawned the items in Rutherford County.
Everything was recovered.
