The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for north central Illinois, northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana for today and tonight. Up to an inch of snow expected...highest near the Wisconsin border...accompanied by wind gusts up to 45 MPH today. These strong winds could result in blowing and drifting snow in open areas. Prairie Grove has assisted several motorists on State Route 176. Please drive with caution.
