APD has opened westbound lane on Liberty Expressway. Still use caution while driving. 
The Liberty Expressway starting at Blaylock and to the river (one westbound lane) will be closed until further notice. Bridges are iced over and they are becoming a driving hazzard for motorists. The Traffic Unit has worked a total of 17 wrecks since 6:40 this morning. Remember, it is still freezing so roadways could be coverd with ice as puddles freeze.
