MDC will not conduct refuse and recyclable collection on Mon. 1/27/14. Collections delayed 1 day the rest of week. 
Due to the severe winter weather, MDC Environmental Services, the City's refuse contractor, will not conduct refuse and recyclable collection on Monday, January 27, 2014. For the remainder of the week, refuse and recyclable collection will be delayed one (1) day, including Friday collections, which will be collected on Saturday. Residents with questions are asked to contact MDC Environmental Services at (815) 568-7274.
