On January 26, 2014, at 8:11 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a single vehicle accident on US 41 just south of Richland Creek Drive. Deputy U.B. Smith was dispatched to the scene and observed a Silver 2003 Mazda passenger car. Upon investigating the accident Deputy Smith was advised by the driver of the vehicle Todd Brower age 47 of Warrick County that he had fallen asleep and ran off the road. During a roadside investigation Deputy Smith learned that Mr. Brower was driving on a suspended driver’s license with prior convictions. Once Deputy Smith finished investigating the incident Mr. Todd Brower was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Suspended on Prior Convictions. Mr. Brower has since posted a $1300 bond.
