Steuben County offices open Monday and NWS forecast 
As of this posting, All Steuben County offices will be open Monday morning including the court house. Below is the latest from the National Weather Service (NWS)
Wind Chill Warning in effect from 7am Monday through 11am Wednesday
Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 7am Monday
Blowing and Drifting snow will continue through Tuesday Night. NW winds 20 to 30mph and gusts up to 40mph is expected through Monday afternoon. Winds will become West SW Monday night 10 to 20mph with gusts up to 25mph through Tuesday evening. Tonight we can expect 1 inch of new snow accumulation. Monday through Wednesday we will see Wind chill of 25 to 40 below zero
