Detective charges Marion teen (Dakota Russell) with felony sex offense 
Detective Andy Manis of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Dakota Guy Russell, 18, of U.S. 221 North in Marion, with one felony count of first-degree rape of a child.
It is alleged that Russell had inappropriate sexual contact with a 7-year-old girl in November 2013.
