Terre Haute man arrested for DUI Tuesday Evening.

On January 21, 2014, at 8:21 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a call from a citizen reporting that a Maroon 2004 Chevy Trailblazer was “driving aggressive, erratic, and was all over both lanes of traffic while tailgating” on US Highway 41. The reporting citizen was also able to give central dispatch the vehicle’s Indiana Plate Registration. Gibson County Deputy Tim Speedy was able to stop this vehicle at US Highway 41 and South Richland Creek Drive. Deputy Speedy detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver Keith M. At the conclusion of the roadside investigation Keith M. Goodwin was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (DUI). Mr. Goodwin has since posted a $450 bond.
