5' 06", 150 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes.
Scar/Tattoos: approximate 2"-3" scar on his chin.
Last seen wearing a red zippered jacket, gray thermal shirt, black jeans and slippers.
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the above missing person.
The missing person, Adrian Cortez, was last seen at his residence on South Eastman Avenue, Los Angeles on Monday, at 12:00 p.m. on January 20th, 2014. The missing person suffered a stroke which resulted in diminished mental capacity, partial paralysis of both arms and him walking with a limp. He also suffers from seizures and high blood pressure.
His family is very concerned and is also asking for the public’s assistance.
