Roscoe Police Department Press Release
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
01-20-14 Case # 14-0317
On 01-17-14 Roscoe Police were called to the Chicory Ridge Subdivision for burglary to motor vehicles, residential burglary, and a criminal damage to property. While investigating the burglaries, Roscoe officers located a vehicle stuck in a snow bank and the driver nearby.
Officer’s ascertained the male had in his possession stolen property from the burglaries.
James Pobol, 26 years of age of Rockford was arrested for the following offenses:
Criminal Damage to Property-5 counts
Burglary to Motor Vehicle-6 counts
Residential Burglary-1 count
Possession of Burglary tools
Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
Failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident
ALL SUBJECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
