UPDATE: Marcelino and Richard Osuna surrendered to the HCSO this evening. They are currently being processed in to the Harris County Jail.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit has charged 27 year-old Veronica Muniz, 25 year-old Marcelino Osuna, and 30 year-old Richard Osuna with capital murder in the stabbing death of Jesus Valdez.

Jesus Valdez, who was reported missing by his family to the Pasadena Police Department, was later discovered buried in a shallow grave in the 5200 block Mohawk on January 11,2014. Valdez's death was the result of an apparent robbery.

Veronica Muniz is currently booked into the Harris County jail for capital murder and no bond is set.

Marcelino and Richard Osuna, who are brothers, remain at large and anyone with information on the whereabouts is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477) or submit a tip via the iWatchHarrisCounty phone app.
