Carson, CA. - Two unrelated search warrants served by deputies assigned to Carson Station have resulted in the seizure of several firearms and a significant amount of illegal narcotics.
On Tuesday January 7, 2014, Carson narcotics detectives, acting on information provided by Carson patrol deputies, recovered 18 baggies of methamphetamine, 3 balloons of heroin, as well as several Vicodin and Morphine pills from a residence located in the 600 block of Sanford Avenue in Wilmington. In addition to the illegal narcotics, a variety of firearms including several handguns and shotguns, an AR-15 rifle, and a SKS assault rifle, were recovered from the location.
The following day, Wednesday January 8, 2014, Carson Station deputies, assisted by gang detectives from Operations Safe Street Bureau, served a search warrant in the Scottsdale Estates townhome complex that also resulted in the discovery of several firearms and illegal narcotics.
A total of three adults, one woman, and two men, were arrested in connection with both incidents
