Detective charges Marion man (Ricardo Antonio Felomena) with two felony sex offenses 
Detective Billie Brown of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Ricardo Antonio Felomena, 44, of Leach Street in Marion, with one felony count each of taking indecent liberties with a child and attempted first-degree rape.
It is alleged that Felomena had inappropriate sexual contact with a female acquaintance in 1998, when the victim was 11 years old.
