Upper Darby Police have made an arrest in the hit/fatality that occurred on January 05, 2014. 
Upper Darby Police have arrested Ernest Marks from Philadelphia, who turned himself into Police after seeing the press coverage involved in this case. Marks has confessed and the striking vehicle has been recovered on 47th Street in the City of Philadelphia as well. Upper Darby Police wish to thank the members of the public who provided tips, and the press who assisted in getting the information out to the public which proved vital in bringing this subject to justice.
