Extreme Cold Alert - Elderly and handicapped persons are particularly vulnerable 
The National Weather Service is predicting exceptionally cold temperatures over the next few days, with wind-chill temperatures well below zero. The elderly, physically-impaired, health-challenged citizens, and infant children are particularly vulnerable.
