(48) of Sheboygan. Townsend was reported missing by a family member on 12/24/2013.
Townsend was last seen by friends walking away from a home in the 1100 blk. of Alabama Ave. on or about 11/20/2013.
Townsend is described as a 48 year old black male, 5'11", 190 lbs. He was last seen wearing a yellow and brown plaid button down shirt, blue jeans, a black, hooded leather jacket and a winter hat.
