Traffic signal replacement at PV Drive North and Crenshaw Boulevard in RHE. Expect delays. 
As part of ongoing efforts to improve road conditions and traffic flow, contractors will be replacing the existing signal lights at the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Palos Verdes Drive North in the city of Rolling Hills Estates on Thursday 12/26 and Friday 12/27.
The construction hours are from 8am until 5pm. While the work is being done, some lanes will be closed and the traffic signals may be set to flashing red.
Please avoid the area if at all possible. If you must drive through this intersection, expect significant traffic delays.
