Sheriff's Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man that occurred on Wednesday, December 25, 2013.

Detectives have learned that the victim was walking in the 4500 block of Randolph Street, Maywood, when he was chased and fatally shot by approximately four Hispanic male suspects. The suspects entered a white vehicle and drove off north bound on King Street from Randolph Street.

The motive for the shooting is unknown.
