Estherville Police Charge 24 in Disorderly House

On December 22, 2013 at approximately 1:05 a.m., the Estherville Police Department received a complaint of a loud party with underage drinking at 1224 North 8th Street in Estherville. Officers arrived in the area and confirmed that there was loud music coming from within the residence. Officers eventually spoke with the person responsible for the property, and identified him as Dalton Woodyard, age 21 of Estherville. Officers also found persons under the age of 21 present in the house and in the presence of alcoholic beverages.

Dalton Woodyard was placed under arrest for Keeping a Disorderly House and transported to the Emmet County Jail.

Aaron Lindell, age 21 of Estherville was also taken into custody and transported to the Emmet County Jail where he was charged with Frequenting a Disorderly House.

One male juvenile and one female juvenile were charged with Frequenting and Disorderly House and released to their parents.

Arrest warrants were requested for two suspects that left the residence after being directed by officers to stay at the house to receive their citations. Their charges will be for Frequenting a Disorderly House and Interference with Official Acts.

All charges are Simple Misdemeanor offenses and all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
