Major power outage in areas of the City 
A major power outage is affecting several areas of the City, primarily from the south central area to the west. Southern California Edison has crews en route for repair, but no estimate at this time for repairs to be completed.
There are a large number of intersections where the traffic signals are not working as a result of the power outage. Drivers are reminded that they must treat all intersections where signals are not working as four-way stops.
