Ice Storm Warning Issued 
The National Weather Service has issued an Ice Storm Warning for several S/E Michigan counties including Livingston County. The Ice Storm Warning is in effect from 2pm today through 7am Sunday.
Freezing rain is expected to develop this afternoon and continue into tonight with ice accumulations of up to a half inch expected.
Power outages are likely to occur as moderate winds add stress to the ice-coated trees and power lines causing downed trees/power lines.
Travel this afternoon is strongly discouraged unless absolutely necessary.
