On Monday, November 4, 2013 between 12:24 and 12:46 p.m., a male suspect cut the chain that secured the gate of the WEST HIGH SCHOOL parking lot, cut the lock securing the victim’s property and the bike from the bicycle rack located in the east parking lot at 20401 Victor St.

The suspect drove into the parking lot through the only open entrance on Victor St, parked facing Southwest on the Westside of the parking lot, exited the vehicle, walked along the west fence line by the bicycles, then reentered his vehicle and exited the parking lot. The suspect then reentered the parking lot through the pedestrian entrance on Victor, walked toward the bicycles and approached the area where the victim’s bicycle was parked. The suspect quickly bent over the targeted bicycle, pulled it away from the remaining bicycles, got on it and exited the parking lot.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: White male adult, in his 20s, thin build, wearing a dark baseball cap, White shirt, Blue jeans, Black shoes, wearing a messenger bag.

SUSPECT VEHICLE: Dark Gray mid-late ‘00s Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck with extended cab, tint on rear passenger windows
