Fox captured in Sea Girt continues its rehabilitation

On November 27, 2013 Corporal Kevin Rooney of the Associated Humane Society assisted by the Sea Girt Police Department captured a sick fox that was reported numerous times running around the Borough of Sea Girt. The fox was brought to the humane society for evaluation, as you can see from the first picture, the fox was in very bad shape. Cpl. Rooney took the extra effort to contact a rehab facility which took on the task of rehabilitating the fox from advanced stages of mange. The fox which is on its way to a full recovery will be released in a different location. I will update this story with pictures of the fox's' progress. The first image was taken when the fox was brought to the rehab facility, the second image was taken earlier this week.
