Two arrested after late night rock throwing incidents.
On December 4th, 2013 at 10:27 Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 call from 106 N. Cross Street in reference to a complaint of articles being thrown at their house. Deputies John Fischer and Loren Barchett were dispatched to the residence to investigate the complaint. During the investigation deputies took down written statements from the residents of 106 N. Cross Street. The residents stated that an unknown person or persons had thrown rocks at their siding causing significant damage to their siding. Deputies also spoke with neighbors in the area about the alleged vandalism. Upon finishing their investigation Deputies Fischer and Barchett went back in service.
At 1:05 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received another call from 106 N. Cross Street reference an object hitting their house. This time Deputy Fischer had Deputy Barchett Drop him off in the area of Cross Street and he walked to the rear of the Cross Street residence. While at the back of the residence Deputy Fischer heard something strike the front of the house. Deputy Fischer began to investigate the sound of the object hitting the house and discovered Timothy Kyle Hill age 18 of Vincennes and Jordan Davis Seward age 18 of Vincennes standing inside a neighboring residence near an open window. At the end of Deputy Fischer’s investigation both Hill and Davis were arrested for Criminal Mischief, with damage over $250, an A Misdemeanor.
Timothy Kyle Hill remains in the Gibson County Jail on a $650 bond. Jordan Davis Seward also remains in custody on a $1300 bond.
