At 12:31PM on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, Alameda County firefighters responded to a fire at a three-story apartment building located at 130 Belleview Drive in San Leandro.
A Battalion Chief, one truck and two engines quickly contained the fire to the exterior of the building, limiting the damage to a wall and stairwell.
There were no reports of injuries to firefighters, community members or pets. No residents were displaced as a result of the fire.
The ACFD Fire Investigator concluded the fire was caused by the ignition of flammable liquids in multiple locations.
