Public Hearing, December 2, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Amending minimum base water rates 
The City of Troy will hold a Public Hearing on December 2, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of citizen input on Ordinance No. 1180--An Ordinance Amending Section 700.170, Water Rates of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Troy, Missouri, an amendment thereto regarding minimum base rates. The regularly scheduled Board meeting shall commence immediately following the Public Hearing.
