West Long Branch Police Department advises you to AVOID Parker Rd, between Monmouth Rd and Locust Ave. A Traffic Crash with a traffic pole down has closed Parker RD. Monmouth Rd, also known as State Highway 71 is open in both directions.
Traffic light at intersection of Monmouth Rd and Parker Rd is on flash.
