Time: 12:28 p.m. 
This afternoon, a black male entered a vacant home where a female victim was doing repair work and demanded money at knife point. The suspect is about 5’8, 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, blue hoodie, black tennis shoes and riding a red bike. He was able to get away with an unknown amount of cash. No injuries reported.
