Investigators looking for stolen dirt bike and person who took it; cash reward offered 
McDowell County sheriff’s deputies hope the public can lead them to a stolen dirt bike and the person who took it.
Rhonda McKinney, of Mudcut Road in Marion, reported on Tuesday, Nov. 12 that someone took the bike, a Suzuki JR80, from her property between 7:20 a.m. and 4 p.m. that day.
The dirt bike is yellow, has a torn spot on the seat and features a “5” on the front and side number plates.
Anyone with information concerning the suspect or the whereabouts of the bike is asked to call Detective Billie Brown of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office at 652-2237 or McDowell County Crimestoppers at 65-CRIME (652-7463). With Crimestoppers, your identity remains anonymous, and you could receive a cash reward.
