Traffic in the 2000 block of Monterey for the North Bound lane is blocked due to cable lines being knocked down by a tractor trailer earlier today.

Crews from AT&T are on-scene replacing one utility pole that snapped earlier today when a trailer became tangled in the cable lines.

Traffic will be affected until at least 7:00 PM tonight. North Bound 101 commuters leaving the City are encouraged to use the California on-ramp.
