AVOID Oak St between Crystal Ridge & Rte 176 for aprox. the next 4 hours due to Union Pacific RR emergency repairs. 
The Union Pacific Railroad advised their emergency track repair has required the closing of Oak Street between Crystal Ridge and Route 176. Their field crew has indicated that the repair to a broken piece of rail should be completed in approximately 4 hours, at which time the road will be reopened to traffic.
