NARRATIVE:
Sheriff's Homicide detectives are en route to Alameda Street/El Segundo Boulevard, Compton, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man and the wounding of another.

One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was transported to a local hospital. His condition is unknown. There was a third victim, who was not injured.
