On November 8, 2013 at 4:27 a.m. Francisco Town Marshal Mike McGregor observed a vehicle proceed through the intersection of School and Green Street in Francisco without coming to a complete stop. Officer McGregor initiated a traffic stop and the driver was identified as Fabian A. Guzman age 20 of Petersburg, Indiana. During a roadside investigation Officer McGregor discovered that Mr. Guzman was driving on a suspended driver’s license with prior convictions.
