Parks Bureau Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking the public to help locate Randy Sandoval in connection with a pair of Grand Thefts that occurred at Raging Waters, San Dimas on September 22, 2013. The water park was closed to the public on the date the incident occurred for a private party for members and their families of the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff’s (ALADS). Two bags containing personal items and two Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff’s badges and identification were stolen.

On October 17, 2013 Detectives gave pictures and descriptions of the suspects to the public. The responses to that resulted in the arrest of a seventeen year-old female and the identification of Randy Sandoval as the suspect. Randy Sandoval, a resident of El Monte is described as a Male Hispanic, 19 years-of-age, 5’11” tall, 150 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.

ALADS is offering a $10,000 reward for any information provided which leads to the arrest and conviction of Suspect Sandoval. Please contact Detective Banks with any information regarding the whereabouts of Suspect Sandoval, or the stolen property.
