Somerville man stopped for minor traffic violation arrested for being a Habitual Traffic Violator.

On November 6, 2013 at approximately 1:12 p.m. Sgt. Bruce Vanoven observed a Green 1994 Mazda Pickup fail to come to a complete stop at the intersection of Green Street and School Street in Francisco. Sgt. Bruce Vanoven initiated a traffic stop on SR 64 and First Street where the driver identified himself as Roger Lee Might age 45 of Somerville. Mr. Might freely admitted to Sgt. Vanoven that his driving privileges had been suspended for life. During a roadside investigation Sgt. Vanoven found that Mr. Roger Lee Might was classified as a Habitual Traffic Violator by the Indiana Department of Bureau Motor Vehicles and his driving privileges were suspended for life. At the close of the investigation Roger L. Might was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with a D Felony of Driving While Suspended as a Habitual Violator. He remains in the Gibson County Jail on a $750 bond.
