Princeton man arrested for possession of perscription pills without a script.

On November 5, 2013, at approximately 5:57 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a possible drunk driver at the Dick Clark’s Restaurant on North Prince Street in Princeton, Indiana. Gibson County Central Dispatch was able to obtain a clothing and vehicle description from the caller and then broadcast it to the Princeton Police Department. Deputy Dan Goedde was in the immediate area and arrived on scene and spoke with Chad D. Cundiff age 34 of Princeton. Mr. Cundiff appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage according to Deputy Goedde. During the investigation it was also discovered that Mr. Cundiff was in possession of Hydrocodone pills that he did not have a prescription for.

Chad D. Cundiff was charged with possession of a Schedule I Controlled substance. He remains in custody on a $750 bond.
