On October 24, 2013, at 11:30 p.m. Deputy Bryan Small stopped a Silver 1995 Chrysler LHS for a traffic infraction on US Highway 41 and Richland Creek Drive. During a roadside investigation the driver Cherilyn S. Horne age 41 of Princeton. Deputy Bryan Small checked the status of Ms. Horne’s driver’s license and discovered that she was driving with a suspended drivers license. Ms. Horne was then transported to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Driving While Suspended with a prior conviction within the last 10 years. Ms. Horne remains in custody on a $650 bond.
