On Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 7:00 am, the 16-year-old female victim was standing on the northwest corner of Artesia Blvd. and Crenshaw Blvd. on her way to school at North High. As she proceeded to cross the intersection and walk southbound on Crenshaw Blvd, the suspect vehicle drove up next to her on Artesia Blvd and stopped. The driver ordered, "Get in my car!" In fear, the victim continued to walk southbound Crenshaw Blvd. and once she walked past the suspect seated in the suspect vehicle, he made a U-turn on Crenshaw Blvd. and headed northbound on Crenshaw Blvd. back toward her.

As the victim approached 177th Street, the suspect made a left turn onto 177th Street from Crenshaw Blvd, stopped in the crosswalk and blocked the victim's path. The suspect again ordered the victim to get inside of the suspect vehicle; the victim proceeded to walk around the front of his vehicle and southbound on Crenshaw Blvd. Once the victim was around the suspect vehicle, the suspect again ordered her to get in the vehicle, but this time said he would pay her.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:

White male adult, late 30s, short, straight, dark brown hair, brown eyes, medium build, moles on his cheeks, chapped/ cracked mouth, bitten nails, wearing a gray and white striped beanie, green sweatshirt and blue jeans

SUSPECT VEHICLE:

Silver or gray, newer Honda four door, with unknown white plates (not paper)
